This week the UK experienced the hottest day of the year with temperatures soaring to 35℃. Heat has become a catastrophic “silent killer” associated with over 50,000 deaths in Europe last year. Without urgent mitigation and adaptation measures, the devastating health consequences will worsen. We need each and every one of your support to demand appropriate and swift action by the government.
