All members of the Alliance are involved in shaping our strategic priorities and have opportunities to get involved in specific policy areas and campaigns.


Our trustees are elected from the membership to inform and direct the delivery of strategic priorities and objectives. The trustees meet once a month to develop and monitor operational delivery.


The Council is made up of a senior representative from each of our membership organisations. The Council meets twice a year to review and establish our strategic direction.

Policy group

Communications and policy leads from our members meet monthly to discuss key policy areas, identify opportunities for coordinated action, and establish task specific working groups and reporting.


Operational activity is delivered by our small staff team under the leadership of the Director.
