Open Consultation: Draft Green Surgery Report
Contribute to the Green Surgery Report
We are pleased to share an interim draft of the Green Surgery Report for feedback.
We invite comments from interested stakeholders to help us create a resource that can effectively enable the transition to net zero surgery in the UK and beyond.
At this time, we welcome comments to improve the draft content of the Report. This includes:
- Corrections of factual errors
- Indications for further explanation / clarification of content
- Suggestions to include additional data and evidence
- Significant omissions
- Communication channels and strategies to support dissemination
- Suggestions for materials to support Report launch

The deadline for feedback is 7 July 2023.
The Report will be launched in November 2023.

(1) This is a draft version of the Report. It will be formatted appropriately, with redrawn graphics after the content has been reviewed and finalised.
